Charlene Charlene
Lowe joined Ascension Lutheran Church in 1998.
She began teaching at Open Arms Parents Day Out when
it first began with 20 children in 2001. In
2003, she became the director/music teacher and
began evolving the program into a preschool, which
now supports 48 children.
Charlene
received her Bachelor of Science degree in Early
Childhood Education from Oklahoma State University.
She has worked with preschool children for 20 years.
