Part of the responsibility of the MMC is to help prevent and as necessary - help resolve misunderstandings among our staff, between staff members and the congregation or its Council. If an issue has been bothering you, the MMC is an avenue to use to help resolve or at least better understand why something is being done. Individual's names bringing concerns to the MMC are held in STRICT CONFIDENCE. The MMC is chaired by Carol Carrithers and includes Joe Yoerg, Maggie Olson and Scott Glaser.
